This is no typical bbq joint. Linen napkins and real cutlery await you. Start off with a basket of homemade corn bread mini muffins and sourdough bread with honey butter. Corn muffins are sweet
and cake-like. All barbeque is hand rubbed with a special blend of seasonings, and smoked from 2-18 hours over hickory or live red oak fire. Baby Back Ribs ($29) come on a huge rack. Ribs are slow-hickory cooked and very meaty. "Santa Maria" Grilled
beef Ribs ($29) are thick and meaty, bursting with flavor. Tri-Tip ($25) is a perfectly slow-cooked piece of meat. Pulled Pork ($18) is right up there with some of the best bbq I've tasted. Chicken is smoked to perfection. We get the Half Chicken ($18) with
all white meat. The Tri-Tip Sandwich ($17) is huge and packed with tender, juicy meat. Two sides come with dinners and one with sandwiches. The Fried Mac N' Cheese is not to be missed. triangles of yummy macaroni and cheese are deep-fried and served in an
order of three. Coleslaw is a nice light dish and is dressed with a minimal amount of mayo. If it's burgers you're after, the O.M.G. ($18-$21) will satsify the biggest appetite. Order either 5 or 8 ounces of Snake River Farms 100% Waygu beef. It's topped with
beer-battered onion rings, chipotle aioli, bbq sauce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, house made bacon, and cheddar. In case you're still hungry, it comes with fries! You can also enjoy appetizers and cocktails at the full bar. Boneyard Bistro 13539 Ventura
