This valley gem is definitely a hole-in-the-wall but it keeps 'em coming again and again. Nat's is one of my favorite local breakfast spots. If it's excellent, well-priced diner food you're looking
for, you've come to the right place. Add a friendly waitstaff and Nat's has it all. Where else will you find a specialty sausage menu? Browse next door in the Big Kid nostalgic toy store while you wait for your table (and you will wait) but don't worry, Nat's
employees will come find you. Breakfast is served all day and all items are cooked to order. Jams are homemade too. We love the apricot-pineapple. Baked goods like cinnamon rolls and muffins are made every day as well and served warm. You can also buy them
to go. They are delicious and served right out of the oven. Try the blueberry muffins for a special treat! Under All American Favorites we get the Two Eggs Any Style ($6.25) with bacon, sausage, beef patty, or turkey bacon, home fries, hash browns,
or grits, and a muffin or toast. My favorite Large Scramble is the #3 ($10.95), three large eggs, ground beef, tomatoes, green onions, Jack cheese, and avocado served with a choice of tomatoes, home fries, cottage cheese, grits, hash browns,
and a homemade muffin or toast. Get the hash browns. They are piping hot and crispy and some of the best hash browns I've had. I am obsessed with the blueberry muffins. They are huge and full of tart, fresh blueberries. Seven ounce Belgian Waffles
($6.95) are light and airy and best eaten with thick, chewy bacon and two eggs. ($8.50) Several South of the Border Specials are offered as well. Try the Baja Omelette ($8.50) with chorizo, tomatoes, green onion, cheddar, potatoes, or beans, and tortillas
or toast for a savory, tasty bite. Sausage lovers should not miss the special sausage menu. Nat's Sausage's ($8.95) are served with two eggs and a choice of potatoes and toast. Favortie sausage choices include Turkey Maple links, Chicken Cilantro, Pork
