world's best Israeli Salad! Ravit was kind enough to share her secret recipe with me and I, in turn, am going to share it with you! All ingredients are measured to taste. Ravit and I sit with a shaker of Himalayan Pink Sea Salt nearby to enhance the already
wonderful flavor.
Ravit's Israeli Salad
Romaine Lettuce
Arugula
Shredded Green Cabbage
Cherry Tomatoes
Persian Cucumbers
Scallions
Dressing
Fresh Lemon Juice
Good Quality Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Wash tomatoes and chop lettuces, cabbage, cucumbers and scallions. Dry.
Combine olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste. Toss and serve.
